Jawahar Vadivelu is the Chairman of Cameo Corporate Services Limited, a business process outsourcing firm headquartered in Chennai, India, with operations in India and Africa.
He has served as an independent director on the board of India's largest public sector oil company, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), and on several of its sub-committees including its audit committee and policy and planning committee. He has broad experience across financial services in India including mortgage finance, stock broking, insurance, registry and transfer, and asset management. He is a member of the Paris-based ICC's Global Commission on Trade & Investment Policy.
He holds MBA degrees from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines, and from the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago.
Ash Bagdy has over two decades of experience and expertise in the outsourcing and BPO arena, and has been heading the Healthcare Division of the company for over 20 years.
The division's activities include medical records review, medical transcription, virtual scribing and revenue cycle management. Based in the United States, he is responsible for business development and client relationships in America as well as India operations, supported by an Assistant Vice President at the corporate office in Chennai.
